As soon as we have moved into our new facility we will start production of the following kits from parts that we aquired in 2024. Funds from these sales will be used to fund the development and tooling needed for stage 2 below.
A very limited number of Conversion kits using 3rd part products. The Kit will include the following: ~50HP Peak 25kW Contuous Motor (No transmission) Liquid cooled Motor Controller (Inverter) ~17kWh ~144V Battery Pack with water cooling and Battery BMS Control relays and fuses built into the battery box 144V to 12VDC Buck power supply for accessories Cooling radiators, fans and pumps Electronic Accelerator pedal Power and control cables Almost a plug and play system.
Stage 2: Mid 2025
Our own internally designed conversion kits. These kits will be 100% plug and play for a number of vehicles. For other vehicles some additional work will be required. The kits will include the following:
Combined Motor(s) reduction box and differential. Same configuration as we will use in our own product, but with a lower voltage motor for safety reasons.
Drive shaft adapters to match several common vehicles, or stub shafts to mate to others.
Motor mounts for a number of differnet vehicles or kit to build your own.
Combined Battery pack, BMS, Relays, Fuses and HV to 12V power supply. A couple of options for capacity from 15kWh to 40kWh.
Instrument panel for motor and battery status and tuning.
Electronic Accelerator Pedal
Premade DC and control wiring to match your vehicle.
Vehicle interface box. This includes specific things to interface to your vehices existing instrumentation (speedometer, rev counter, temperature sensors etc).
The transmission, controller, battery management system, charger and touch screen instrument panel are designed and made in the USA in our Arizona facility. We are also working with USA based Motor and Battery manufacturers.
